Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on coc-auto.eu and is issued by AUTO DOCS AGENCY S.R.L., registered office: Municipiul Bucureşti, Sector 3, Str. Traian, Nr. 2, Sc. 3, Romania, Companies Register No. J2025096221003, VAT/CUI 53091433, email: office@coc-auto.eu.

1. What we deliver

For each order, you will receive:

  • A PDF copy of the Certificate of Conformity (COC) by email, included in the price, after the certificate is issued.

  • The original COC in physical format by post/courier, after the certificate is issued.

2. Processing time

COCs are issued by the relevant manufacturer or issuing authority. Processing time differs depending on the vehicle brand and issuing authority and is displayed on the relevant product page.

In many cases the COC is ready within a few working days. In other cases, issuance can take up to two weeks.

If you have a fixed registration appointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and choosing express delivery where available.

3. Shipping options and delivery estimates

Delivery times below refer to shipping time after dispatch, and are separate from processing time.

A. Free Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated shipping time: 2 to 7 business days (typical: 2 to 5 business days), depending on destination and courier availability

  • Includes: physical delivery of the original COC after issuance

B. Express Shipping

  • Cost: €19.99

  • Estimated shipping time: 1 to 3 business days, depending on destination and courier availability

  • Includes: express physical delivery of the original COC after issuance

  • The PDF is still delivered by email after issuance.

4. Couriers and tracking

We use trusted international couriers, such as FedEx or UPS for express shipping, depending on availability and destination, to ensure fast and secure shipping.

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.

5. Factors that can affect delivery times

Delivery and dispatch may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as:

  • public holidays

  • customs checks for non-EU destinations

  • courier delays

  • delays from the issuing manufacturer/authority

6. Delivery address responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
